Terms of Service

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the internal analytics tools operated by Good Future Media (Good Future Media, LLC, 743 Scheffer Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55102) that connect to social platforms — TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X — through their official developer interfaces, and to anyone who authorizes those tools to access a social media account.

Who may use them

Our tools are not offered to the public. They may be authorized only by:

• Good Future Media and its team members, for accounts we own; and
• clients of Good Future Media, for accounts we operate on their behalf under a separate service agreement.

By authorizing our tools on an account, you confirm that you own that account or are authorized by its owner to grant this access.

What the tools do

The tools read profile information and content performance metrics from authorized accounts and record them in our internal reporting system, as described in our Privacy Policy. They do not post, edit, delete, message, or take any other action on an account. They are read-only.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to use our tools, or any data obtained through them, in a way that violates the terms of the platform the data came from, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the X Developer Agreement.

Revoking access

You may revoke our tools’ access to an account at any time from that platform’s settings; instructions are in our Privacy Policy. Revocation takes effect immediately and ends all further data collection from that account. Where a client service agreement is in place, that agreement governs any consequences of revocation for the services we provide.

Availability and changes

We provide these tools for our own operations and may modify, suspend, or discontinue them at any time without notice. We may update these terms; continued authorization after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Future Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or alters the terms of any separate written service agreement between Good Future Media and a client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
