Case studies

Three shows. Three completely different jobs.

One we started as fans without asking. One we were hired to build from zero. One we clip every week alongside a host who researches obsessively. Here is what happened in each.

All-In Podcast

We started a fan account. It became the show’s official channel.

Started in September, official by March 2024

In September 2021 we started clipping All-In because we liked the show. Nobody asked us to. There was no brief, no budget and no permission — just an account, a hunch about which moments would travel, and a lot of hand-made edits.

Two months later the besties noticed on air. By the first All-In Summit in May 2022 our co-founder Chris was at the audience microphone introducing himself as the guy who made it. In March 2024 the account we had built from zero became the official All-In TikTok.

It is the clearest proof we have that the selection is the job. Same episodes everyone else had. Different clips.

There’s an All-In TikTok account done by a fan, and we got like 2 million views in the last week. It’s absolutely bonkers.

We just passed Rachel Maddow.

Shout out here at the end of the pod for the guys at All-In Tok — Chris and Spencer. Did an amazing job. The team over there, Good Future Media … creating just that amazing fan account.

Inbound deals a day, attributed to TikTok

20VC hired us to build short-form from nothing. We selected the clips, wrote the hooks, cut and captioned them, wrote the descriptions and hashtags, posted across platforms and reported on what worked.

The follower number is the headline, but the interesting one is further down the funnel: a quarter of all new podcast subscribers arriving through short-form, and a measurable change in inbound deal flow for the fund itself.

Stellar performance from 20VC’s TikTok team.

Took me 6 years to get to 150K followers on Twitter. They did it for 20VC in just 6 months.

Fun fact: directly due to 20VC TikTok we receive 10–15 new deals per day. 2–3 are high quality.

The discovery mechanism for venture is changing.

Every episode, clipped and posted

ThursdAI is a weekly AI news show hosted by Alex Volkov. It is exactly the kind of podcast that is difficult to clip: fast, technical, and full of references that only land if the editor actually understands what was said.

That is the whole test. Our editors research the episode before they cut it, which is why the clips read as though someone was paying attention — because someone was.

I can wholeheartedly rec Good Future for working on ThursdAI clips. They have super fast turn-around, incredibly well researched clips (sometimes competing with my own research lol) and great results!

Your best moments are already recorded.

Tell us about your show. We watch an episode and come back with the moments we’d clip — and what it would cost.
